The benefit is in the form of a store credit and is not to be confused as a monetary discount. What this essentially means is that customers can pick gear or accessories worth Rs 1.5 lakh from a Ducati dealership at the time of purchase. Adventure motorcycles like the Ducati Multistrada V4 are usually fitted with accessories like crash protection or aux lights. The store credit will be useful in such cases where customers need to fit accessories.
The Ducati Multistrada V4 is one of the most advanced and expensive ADVs in the market. The standard bike is priced at Rs 21.48 lakh while the Multistrada V4S will set you back by Rs 26.73 lakh. The latter gets you advanced features such as electronic suspension at the front and rear as well as radar based adaptive cruise control and blind spot indication.
The Multistrada V4 is powered by a 1,158cc, V4 engine that makes 167bhp at 10,500rpm and 125Nm at 8,750rpm. It is linked with a six-speed gearbox. The bike comes with a laundry list of electronics that includes multiple ride modes, traction control, ABS settings, engine braking settings and more.
In our road tests, we found the Ducati Multistrada V4S to be fast, involving and hugely entertaining adventure bike. Its performance and handling belies its size and weight while its off-road ability is surprisingly good.
The Ducati Mulstistrada V4 goes up against the BMW R 1300 GS, Triumph Tiger 1200 and the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250.
