Ducati India has commenced the deliveries of the newly launched Panigale V2 Bayliss. The first unit of this limited edition motorcycle was handed over to its owner, Arya Mukherjee at North Star Automotive, New Delhi by Ducati India’s Managing Director, Bipul Chandra.
This special edition of the Ducati Panigale V2 was launched in our market at an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 21.30 lakh, making it nearly Rs 3.81 lakh more expensive than the standard model.
The new Ducati Panigale V2 Bayliss is based on the standard Panigale V2. However, the Bayliss edition is distinguished from the standard model through its unique livery. The motorcycle uses a red base paint along with green and white coloured graphics. It also features Troy Bayliss’ race number 21 and his autograph on the fuel tank.
The mechanical specifications are similar to the standard motorcycle and the Bayliss edition uses the same L-twin, liquid-cooled, 955cc motor that produces 152.9bhp of power at 10,750rpm and 104Nm of peak torque at 9,000rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
