The newly launched Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro has started to arrive at the dealerships in India. The Indian arm of the Italian two-wheeler brand had launched the motorcycle, along with the Scrambler 1100 Pro Sport, in the Indian market on 22 September. The new Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro is priced at Rs 11.95 lakh while the higher-spec Pro Sport variant costs Rs 13.74 lakh.
In terms of styling, both Scrambler 1100 variants feature a full-LED headlamp, an asymmetrically mounted instrument cluster, and dual exhausts. The Scrambler 1100 Pro gets Ocean Drive colour, while the 1100 Pro Sport is available in Matt Black paint. The Pro Sport is further distinguished from the standard model through lower handlebars, bar-end mirrors and a tan brown seat.
The Scrambler 1100 Pro Sport also benefits from premium hardware such as Ohlins suspension at both ends while the Scrambler 1100 Pro gets Marzocchi front forks and a Kayaba-sourced rear mono-shock.
Braking setup on both Scrambler 1100 models include Brembo Monobloc callipers as standard. Electronic rider aids on both comprise of a ride-by-wire throttle, three riding modes, Bosch Cornering ABS, and Ducati Traction Control (DTC). Mechanical specifications include a BS6-compliant, 1100cc, L-Twin engine that makes 86bhp at 7,500rpm and 88Nm of torque at 4,750rpm.
