- Unveiled to commemorate 50 years of Scrambler
- Urban Motard based on Scrambler Icon
- Could be launched in India next year
Ducati has taken the wraps off two new Scrambler models- the Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro and Urban Motard during the second episode of the 2022 World Premiere series.
The Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro is an anniversary special. It marks 50 years since the first Scrambler came to life in 1971. And so, the Scrambler Tribute Pro comes with the iconic Ducati logo and Giallo Ocra colour scheme to complete its retro-modern theme.
While the Tribute Pro harks back to the past, the Scrambler Urban Motard is all about modernity. It is adorned in black, graffiti-inspired graphics splattered on the fuel tank that is painted in Star White Silk and Ducati Red. The high-set mudguard and rear fender are done in red while the side panels are in white.
And besides the 17-inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tyres, the Scrambler Urban Motard is similar to the Scrambler Icon. Even the Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro does not stray away from the standard model when it comes to engine, features, or hardware. While these motorcycles will be made available in international markets soon, we can expect Ducati to introduce them in India only by 2022.
