Ducati India has updated its product portfolio with the launch of the new Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro at Rs 12.89 lakh (ex-showroom, India). This new model from the Italian two-wheeler brand marks the 50th anniversary of the first Scrambler that was introduced in 1971. The new Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro comes with the iconic Ducati logo from the 1970s and Giallo Ocra colour scheme to complete its retro-modern theme.
The design is similar to the standard Scrambler 1100, and the Tribute Pro features a round headlight, short front fender, an upswept seat, side-slung twin-pod exhausts, and wire-spoke wheels. The hardware, too, is similar to the standard model and this new version of the Scrambler 1100 series continues to use Marzocchi fully adjustable 45mm upside-down front fork and an adjustable Kayaba monoshock to handle the shock absorption tasks. The braking setup includes twin 320mm rotors at the front and a single 245mm disc at the back.
The mechanical specifications retain the 1,079cc, L-twin, air-cooled engine that makes 86bhp of power at 7,500rpm and 88Nm of peak torque at 4,750rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
