Ducati’s Scrambler line of motorcycles will complete 10 years of existence in 2025. The company plans to celebrate the milestone by introducing a special edition model of the Scrambler Icon Dark. The motorcycle is special in many ways and to maintain its exclusivity, Ducati will make only 500 units.
This iteration of the Scrambler is made in association with the Italian bike component and accessory maker Rizoma. Some of the special components fitted on the bike have been crafted by Rizoma exclusively for this Scrambler.
Most of the Rizoma accessories featured on the motorcycle are black anodised. These include bar-end mirrors, hand levers, front brake master cylinder, and fuel tank cap.
It boasts a dual-tone, black-and-white paint scheme for the fuel tank and the tail section while the rest of the cycle parts are finished in black.
Helping it further stand out visually are engine side covers, cam belt covers, windscreen, and footpegs, which feature a Metal Rose colour.
As for the engine and cycle parts, they have been kept the same as the standard Scrambler Icon. Powering the bike is an 803cc, air-cooled, SOHC, V-twin engine that produces 71.87bhp and 65.2Nm.
The list of features comprises multi-level traction control, multiple power modes, and a quick-shifter, all of which can be monitored and tweaked on a small TFT screen.
