Ducati India has launched the latest Scrambler model in the Urban Motard trim. It’s priced at Rs 11.49 lakh and sits between the 1100 Dark Pro and Desert Sled in terms of pricing. Here’s what it offers.
Ducati has made minor cosmetic tweaks for the Urban Motard trim when compared to the other models in the Scrambler bloodline. It gets a slightly higher front fender and a single-side mounted number plate. Moreover, the Scrambler Urban Motard is draped in Star White Silk and Ducati GP’19 Red.
Powering the new Italian Scrambler is an 803cc, L-twin engine churning out 73bhp and 66.2Nm. The output figures are the same as all the other Scrambler models (excluding the 1100s). It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Apart from LED illumination, the Ducati Scrambler Urban Motard also gets an LCD unit housing the run-off-the-mill data. Moreover, you also get a small underseat storage compartment, USB socket, and dual-channel ABS.
Suspension duties on this Italian offering are done by 41mm USD forks and a preload-adjustable rear shock. Meanwhile, braking hardware comprises a 330mm front disc and a 245mm rear disc.
Official bookings for the Ducati Scrambler Urban Motard have commenced throughout the country today.
