Ducati has confirmed that it’ll showcase two new motorcycles at the upcoming World Ducati Week which is being held in the Misano circuit in Italy.
Out of the two models, one will be a limited edition to commemorate Ducati’s 90th anniversary. While this will be a production model, it will eventually end up with a limited number of buyers. The Italian manufacturer isn’t even giving any hints on this motorcycle, so it looks like you need to attend the party to be the first one to have a glimpse of this motorcycle.
The other bike in question is very secretive. It’s so secretive that Ducati doesn’t plan to showcase the entire bike at the World Ducati Week. Instead, it’ll be locked behind some doors and chances are we’ll get to see only a silhouette of it. This is the same marketing approach that Ducati took in WDW 2014, where it teased the Scrambler inside a locked shipping container. This new model will be a 2017 one and if rumours are to be believed, then it could be a bigger Scrambler – something with a 1000cc-1100cc engine.
So all we can do right now is wait for July 1, the day when World Ducati Week begins. So stay tuned to BikeWale as we get you more dope on these two new Ducati models.
