- XDiavel limited edition unveiled
- Gets an extremely fancy seat
- Only 500 units are made
Ducati has taken the wraps off a limited edition model – the XDiavel Nera Edition. This motorcycle will be limited to only 500 units worldwide.
This motorcycle has been co-designed with an Italian furniture company – Poltrona Frau. This company specializes in making some fancy and really expensive seats on supercars, yachts and for some big airlines. For the XDiavel, it has done something with the seats too.
The Nera Edition gets a fancier leather seat that does look visually quite appealing. A total of five colour options are offered on this motorcycle. There’s a siam red, steel blue, India (deep tan colour), and Selva which means Italian for forest and finally, there’s a grey. To match this, the Ducati gets a combination of gloss and matte black paint finish. Depending on the choice of colour, the customer would get a keyring and a document holder in matching leather. Each of these seats gets multiple ‘X’ logos engraved that does the make bike look extremely aspirational.
In terms of performance, the XDiavel remains unchanged. It is powered by the 160bhp 1262cc V-Twin. It is loaded with all the electronics Ducati has developed for its motorcycles.
The XDiavel Nera edition can be booked online as well as offline. The deliveries are expected to begin next month.
