Moto Guzzi has unveiled 2017 MY updates for its cruisers – the V9 Bobber and the V9 Roamer. These bikes feature ergonomic updates for improved usability.
The riding position for both the V9 Roamer and the V9 Bobber has been revised thanks to the slightly rear set footpegs, which have been moved 100mm behind and 35mm higher. The seat is now longer and features different cushioning to improve comfort. The paint schemes have also been updated and the wheels now get a matte black finish. Both the V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber are built around a twin-tube cradle frame. The air and oil-cooled V-twin engine displaces 850cc, delivering 54bhp and 62Nm of torque. Power is delivered through a six-speed transmission with a shaft final drive.
Moto Guzzi has also launched a range of accessories for touring enthusiasts. Moto Guzzi claims that the updates from the 2017 model can be retro-fitted on older motorcycles. As the Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber and V9 Roamer sold here are imported as completely built units, we can expect these updated models to go on sale in India in early 2017.
