- Gets DQS quickshifter, cruise control
- All LED headlamp, cornering lamps
- Spoke rims also available at dealer level
Ducati has announced the 2019 year model of the Multistrada 950. There is no change to the engine, so it still has the 937cc L-twin that generates 111bhp and 96Nm. However, the six-speed gearbox is now equipped with the DQS two-way quickshifter, cruise control, and the suspension on the S has the semi-active Ducati Skyhook Suspension.
A 5-inch TFT colour screen is also available in place of the old instrument cluster, and an all-LED headlamp with cornering lamps makes its debut. Backlit switches on the handlebar are evidently a thing not just on Pulsars any more – and finally, spoked rims are available at the dealer level for those who want a Multistrada 950 that is more capable of going off-road.
The 2019 Multistrada 950 should be available in India soon after its global launch, with all the mentioned features on offer. We expect it to launch in the first quarter of 2019. It will compete with the Honda Africa Twin and Triumph Tiger 800.
