- New TVS Jupiter 110 to get massive design changes
- Fuel tank is placed below floorboard
- Will see new product positioning
TVS has decided to massively revamp one of its most successful models – the Jupiter 110. The soon-to-be-launched new Jupiter 110 will be getting a brand revamped design with a lot of practical aspects borrowed from the Jupiter 125.
The new Jupiter 110 isn’t going to look anything like the current model. The Hosur-based company has decided to follow a new urban design language and as a result, the new Jupiter 110 will look more youthful. The current Jupiter 110 caters to the family audience, but TVS believes that the demography has changed and there was a need to go with styling that will attract younger buyers.
The new Jupiter 110 will receive a horizontally placed LED DRL light that will run across the front panel. The turn indicators have been integrated neatly into this DRL. The headlight is also LED, and the cowl gets a bit of a sharp touch. A lot of work has also gone into making the tail section a bit sharper.
As mentioned earlier, a few things on the new Jupiter 110 have been borrowed from the Jupiter 125. This 110cc scooter can now hold two full-face helmets in the underseat stage. This can be attributed to the placement of the fuel tank under the floorboard with fuel filler cap located inside the apron.
TVS will introduce the new Jupiter 110 with a range of colours, both gloss and matte. The price of this scooter is likely to start from Rs 77,000 (ex-showroom) with the top-end having a price of around Rs 93,000 (ex-showroom)
