Competing in the FIM Bajas World Cup in Dubai, TVS Racing rider Aishwarya Pissay endured a difficult Day 1 of the rally. In the first 60km of the stage, Aishwarya ended up falling off the bike on several occasions. In the process, she ended up losing a lot of time and also since cars had started ahead of bikes, the tracks had become deep which added to further drop in her timing. By of the end of the 201.6km stage, Aishwarya had to settle down with 31st position out of the 37 starters.
Day 2 of the rally will see the competitors heading from Al Qudra desert in the morning back into Dubai Autodrome by afternoon, followed by a ceremonial finish which will take place at 5 pm (local time). The total distance covered by the competitors on the second day will be 204.93 km.
