- 2019 Dominar will get new green paint scheme
- Bike will get engine, cosmetic upgrades
- Will be launched very soon
The official launch of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 is likely to happen anytime now. The company has started producing the bikes, and the dispatches will begin very soon. For the 2019 edition, the Pune-based manufacturer will offer a new green colour variant.
A close look at the pictures reveals glossy bright green paint used on the Dominar. However, it is still not clear if this variant will be launched in India. There’s a high chance that this model can be just an export model, as usually, there are very less takers for such on-the-face paint schemes.
The 2019 Dominar will get some major updates, mechanically as well as cosmetically. The 2019 Dominar is likely to get a BS-VI compliant motor that is rumoured to be more powerful. This Bajaj will also get upside-down forks (USD), along with new radiator. The handlebar is likely to be raised marginally to improve the touring aspect of the motorcycle. The instrument cluster has been updated, even the secondary cluster on the fuel tank.
With the 2019 mode, Bajaj is expecting to garner more sales and increase its overall market share in the growing premium segment. Pricewise, the Dominar 400 competes with the Royal Enfield Himalayan, Honda CBR250R and the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X.
