- Special edition CVO in the works
- Could get different performance and feature upgrades
- Likely to be launched soon
The Pan America is Harley-Davidson’s first adventure-touring motorcycle, gaining quite a bit of popularity and positive reviews since its launch in 2021. Now, the American brand is likely to introduce a special, Custom Vehicles Operations or CVO model soon.
Since Harley’s other CVO models consist of fascinating colour options and different accessories, we can expect the Pan America CVO to get similar treatment. While some CVO models get performance upgrades, the Pan America CVO will not have the same according to California Air Resources Board filings. It will continue with the 1,252cc, liquid-cooled V-twin engine with 150bhp and 127Nm.
That said, it is likely to come with upgrades to its suspension, exhaust canister and a better electronics suite a well. Moreover, the Pan America CVO could also come with top case and panniers resulting in a higher kerb weight than the standard model. Harley-Davidson is likely to introduce the model soon to international markets alongside the CVO Road Glide and Street Glide. We can expect it to make its way here sometime in the later half of 2024.
