The motorcycle rides on an 18-17-inch alloy wheel combination, suspended by KYB upside-down forks up front and twin shock absorbers at the back. The X440 is underpinned by a steel trellis frame while braking tasks are handled by a single disc at both ends. That said, dual-channel ABS is standard across trims.
