The revised prices for the newly launched Harley-Davidson X440 are effective in India from 4 Auguts, 2023. This entry-level product from the American cruiser motorcycle manufacturer is now available from Rs. 2.40 lakh onwards as against Rs. 2.29 lakh previously.
Meanwhile, the mid and top-spec versions are now priced at Rs. 2.60 lakh and Rs. 2.80 lakh, respectively. For reference, the mid-spec model, which is called Vivid, was previously available at Rs. 2.49 lakh. The S version, which comes fully loaded, was previously offered at Rs. 2.69 lakh. Notably, all variants use the same 440cc, single-cylinder, oil and air-cooled engine which delivers a maximum output of 27bhp at 6,000rpm and a peak torque of 38Nm at 4,000rpm.
The base model, which is called Denim, comes with wire-spoke wheels, while the Vivid variant uses alloy wheels. The S version benefits from diamond-cut alloy wheels that look more premium than the lower variants. The top-end S trim also benefits from the premium connectivity module that works with an e-SIM.
This budget-friendly Harley-Davidson rivals the likes of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Triumph Speed 400 in the Indian market.
