Harley-Davidson has hiked the price of selected models for the Indian market by up to Rs 30,000. While the company hasn’t revealed the model-wise hike, the Street 750, the Sportster and the Softail range comes under this price increase.
The American manufacturer said that the price hike is to offset the impact of foreign exchange rate fluctuation. Interestingly, Harley-Davidson had increased the price of the Street 750 by Rs 20,000 earlier this year. Another increase in price might result in less sales for the Street 750. Currently, priced at Rs 4.52 lakh, the Street 750 is the most affordable motorcycle in the Harley line-up.
These new prices will come into effect from April 1. So if you’re planning to buy any of these models, we suggest you to head to the showrooms as early as possible. But before you do that, you might want to check out the on-road prices of these bikes on BikeWale.
