- New flat-tracker unveiled
- Inspired from XR750
- Production variant in 3 years
Harley-Davidson has unveiled a brand new electric bike concept that it calls the middleweight EV concept. This concept has plenty of flat-tracker genes in it. It’s clear from the picture that the American-based company has taken design inspiration from the XR750 - a flat track motorcycle which Harley-Davidson used to sell in 1970s. This concept can be seen with a long seat along with a large fuel tank. It is equipped with Dunlop tyres that sits on alloy wheels.
The company says that this is a city bike, a performance bike and also a flat tracker. Unfortunately, this is just a concept, with no proper information on its production variant. But Harley took a few years to bring its first electric bike, the Livewire into production. So expect this new EV to hit the market in the next 2-3 years.
