Royal Enfield launched just one new motorcycle from their new platform this year and that was the new Meteor 350. But from 2021, the company plans to go full throttle with its new launches from its new J-series platform. In this story, we tell you the three motorcycles we can expect from this Chennai-based brand next year.
New 650cc cruiser
This new 650cc cruiser is likely to be launched in India next year considering the fact that the Interceptor and Continental GT are 2 years old. So by now the company has fixed whatever issues this platform had and improved certain aspects for the upcoming new models. Plus, it’s been a few months since we started seeing picture of the test mules. So this upcoming Royal Enfield is almost at the end of its development.
New Hunter 350
This bike somewhat looks like the Interceptor but gets a smaller 350cc motor. And there are reports suggesting that it will be called the Hunter 350 and honestly, that’s a pretty cool name to have. This bike is likely to sit below the Meteor 350 and will go against the Honda CB350 when it comes to body style and riding ergonomics.
Himalayan facelift
The spy pictures of the Royal Enfield Himalayan have been doing some rounds and it clearly shows some aesthetic improvements. But along with that, we can expect some upgrades to the performance too and some new features are likely to be added. We are hoping to see a lighter Himalayan too.
