Hero MotoCorp has launched a new version of the Destini 125 in India called the Platinum Edition. So here we tell you all there is to know about the scooter.
New Colour
The Hero Destini 125 Platinum Edition is offered in a unique colour option that consists of matte black on the body panels with brown inner side panels. The seat also matches with the whole theme and sports a dual-tone, black and brown colour with a ‘Platinum’ hot stamp.
Chrome garnishes
Besides the new colour, the Hero Destini 125 Platinum Edition is adorned in chrome highlights on the bar ends, mirrors, side panel, exhaust shield, and front fender as well.
Features
There aren’t changes to features on the special edition Destini 125. It continues with an idle-start-stop function, a semi-digital instrument cluster as well as a side-stand indicator and service-due reminder.
Engine
The engine also remains the same as the other models. It has a displacement of 125cc and comes with fuel-injection and is capable of producing 9bhp at 7,000rpm and 10.4Nm of torque at 5,500rpm.
Pricing Hero Motocorp has priced the Destini 125 Platinum Edition higher than the other models. While the standard Destini is available from Rs 66,960 the Platinum Edition costs Rs 72,050, ex-showroom.
