Hero Electric has announced a super saver battery scheme that will help customers who have been facing issues with one-time battery replacement cost. This scheme has been introduced pan India and is applicable for all Hero e-bikes.
In order to avail this scheme, the customer needs to register with the dealer at the time of purchase of electric Bike for battery EMI scheme. Once this is done, the customer will receive a Hero eclectric EMI passbook. The customer needs to deposit a monthly EMI with the dealer who has issued the passbook. With every EMI from the customer, the dealer signs on the passbook after pasting a Hero Electric sticker. You can redeem your new battery in exchange for the original battery at your dealership within 24 months of purchase. A battery warranty card cum receipt shall be provided to customers at the time of battery replacement. .. If a customer enrols for in the super saver battery scheme and does not pay EMIs regularly then in that case at the time of battery replacement the customer can pay the difference in 12 EMIs and amount actually paid by him or her.
