Hero Electric has launched a special offer to get its business going. The company has launched a 3-day return offer where the customers can return the electric scooter within 3 days of purchasing.
The company has come up with this offer to push its sales that had come to standstill due to COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Plus, it also gives the customer the option of spending some time with the Hero electric scooter before deciding on the long-term commitment. If the customer decides to return the electric scooter, he or she will get a full refund including the insurance and registration cost. However, it’s still not clear what will the dealer do with the returned e-scooter.
The electric scooter maker has also introduced a cash discount of Rs 4000 on its entire range except the Flash lead-acid model. There’s a cash discount of Rs 3000 on the Glyde model as well. These electric scooters can be booked online for Rs 2999 and the offers are valid only till 31 May. According to the company, over 150 sanitized showrooms have re-opened across the country.
