Hero MotoCorp unveiled the mean, aggressive looking 600cc concept bike called Hastur at the Auto Expo. It is touted to be the first high-performance motorcycle from the Indian manufacturer. The concept bike has an intimidating look with its twin-projector head-lamps, naked structure and beefy yet sporty tyres.
This concept bike is powered by a water-cooled parallel twin engine that churns out 80PS of power at 9,600rpm. The bike also features an auto style power transfer to give best fuel economy figures, an advanced cylinder head and combustion design for reduced emissions.
The introduction of the Hero Hastur makes it the first superbike developed in- house by the Gurgaon- based manufacturer. The design and the finishing of the bike seem to be fit for the international market as well. We hope Hero brings the concept to the actual form soon and launches it in India.
