We recently revealed exclusive details about the next-generation Hero Karizma XMR 210. And now, an undisguised image of the Karizma XMR 210 has been leaked via a dealer conference ahead of its official launch in India. While the new image reveals a lot of details about its design, here's everything you need to know about the upcoming Hero Karizma XMR 210.
Design
Judging by the leaked image, the Karizma XMR 210 will feature an LED headlamp, flanked by a layered fairing, and a raked tail section. It features clip-on handlebars and split-style seats. In terms of hardware, it will feature telescopic forks up front and a mono-shock at the back. Stopping power will come from disc brakes at both ends, assisted by a dual-channel ABS system. The motorcycle will ride on 17-inch wheels, shod with tubeless tyres.
Engine Specifications
Powering the Hero Karizma XMR 210 will be an all-new 210cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor that is expected to produce close to 25bhp and nearly 30Nm of peak torque. This engine will likely be paired with a six-speed transmission. Now, we are eagerly waiting to test this motorcycle and tell you how it performs in the real world, but we can expect it to offer good mid-range power delivery and exciting top-end performance.
Launch Date and Pricing
Given that the Karizma XMR 210 was showcased to Hero’s dealer partners, we expect it to be launched very soon. Although the official launch date isn’t announced yet, we expect the motorcycle to go on sale sometime around August 2023.
As for its pricing, we expect it to carry a price tag of around Rs. 1.80 lakh to Rs. 2 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price point, the XMR 210 will rival the likes of the Yamaha R15, Suzuki Gixxer 250 SF and the Bajaj Pulsar RS200.
