- Gets aggressive styling
- Will feature LED lighting
- Will be launched in India on 29 August
Recently, Hero MotoCorp teased the LED headlamp design of the upcoming Karizma XMR 210. Now, the company has released a new teaser of the motorcycle, which reveals its overall design silhouette.
Besides the silhouette of the Hero Karizma XMR 210, the new teaser video also reveals the XMR branding and the side fairing design of the new motorcycle. Looking at the video, it is clear that the XMR 210 will feature a sporty design language with sharp styling cues. It will also feature all-LED lighting along with a tri-arrow signature for the DRL.
The Hero Karizma XMR 210 is likely to be powered by an all-new 210cc, liquid-cooled engine that is expected to produce around 25bhp of peak output. The motor will be paired with a six-speed gearbox. We can expect this motor to power Hero's future products.
Multiple spy pictures have revealed that the Karizma XMR 210 will come shod with telescopic forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. Then, the motorcycle will ride on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends. As for the brakes, we expect it to get disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS as standard.
Although we are yet to get more details about the motorcycle, we expect the Karizma XMR 210 to be priced at around Rs. 2 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will rival the likes of the Yamaha R15, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200, and the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
