- Hero Karizma XMR is available in three colours
- Iconic Yellow, Turbo Red and Matte Phantom Black
- Priced at Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom)
Hero MotoCorp recently launched the all-new Karizma XMR 210 in India. The motorcycle packs quite a few segment-first features and is available in three attractive colour options - Iconic Yellow, Turbo Red, and Matte Phantom Black. While all paint schemes look extremely good on the motorcycle, the yellow colour scheme brings out the true legacy of the original Karizma.
The Karizma XMR is priced at an aggressive price tag of Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-show). This makes it one of the most affordable offerings in its segment, which comprises the Yamaha YZF R15 and the KTM RC 200.
Hero claims that the Karizma XMR 210 has the most powerful engine in its class. Powering the Hero Karizma XMR is a 210cc, four-valve, liquid-cooled motor that churns out 25.2bhp at 9,250rpm and a peak torque of 20.4Nm at 7,700rpm. The single-cylinder engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, which is assisted by a slipper clutch.
Feature-wise, the XMR 210 gets full-LED lighting, a fully digital LCD instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, connected tech, auto headlamp illumination, dual-channel ABS and much more. It also features an adjustable windscreen, slipper clutch and a USB charging port.
The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends that are suspended on 37mm telescopic forks up front and a preload adjustable monoshock at the back. It drops anchors with the help of disc brakes at the front and rear, along with the safety net of dual-channel ABS.
