- Teaser image reveals the sporty design
- To be powered by a 210cc, liquid-cooled engine
- Official launch scheduled on 29 August
Hero MotoCorp has sent out an invite for the re-launch of its legendary product, the Karizma. The invitation has an image attached of the motorcycle which, although just shows the silhouette of the bike, gives away some of its design and other components. The motorcycle is scheduled to be officially launched on 29 August, 2023.
The sharp and aggressive stance of the upcoming Karizma XMR 210 is clearly decipherable in the teaser image. It features a large fairing with a pointed animalistic nose, a tall windscreen, and fairing-mounted mirrors. Merging with the fairing is a muscular fuel tank and an upswept tail section with angular scoops. Other elements visible in the image are a clip-on handlebar, split-type seat, telescopic front forks, a rear monoshock, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
A lot of other details about the new Hero Karizma XMR 210 are already known to us. These include an all-new, 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is likely to churn out around 25bhp and 30Nm, and come mated to a six-speed gearbox. One of the recent spy shots also revealed the fully-digital console of the motorcycle which will get Bluetooth connectivity. It will also get a full-LED lighting system and a switchgear fancier than every Hero motorcycle available on sale today.
The new Hero Karizma XMR 210 will rival the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar F250, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, and the Yamaha YZF-R15.
