Notably, dispatches of the motorcycle have already begun.
Bookings for the first batch of the Karizma XMR commenced on 29 August and they were closed on 30 September. The company has affirmed that the new booking window will open soon but hasn’t specified the date for the same.
The Karizma XMR is powered by a new 210cc, liquid-cooled engine that produces 25.15bhp and 20.4Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are taken care of by a six-speed gearbox assisted by a slipper clutch. Underpinned by a trellis frame, the XMR rides on 17-inch wheels with telescopic forks and a monoshock. The stopping power comes from a single disc at both ends with dual-channel ABS. As for the feature list, there’s full LED lighting, a digital console with Bluetooth connectivity, a USB charger, and an adjustable visor.
The Hero Karizma XMR comes in three colours - yellow, red, and black. It competes against the likes of the Yamaha R15 V4, KTM RC 200, and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
