Just about a month after the Hero Karizma XMR debuted, the bike has already received its first price hike. The asking price for the new Hero offering has been bumped by Rs. 7,000 and it now costs Rs. 1.80 lakh compared to the previous Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). If you are planning to purchase it anytime soon, here’s how much it will cost in your city.
As seen above, the Karizma XMR’s asking price remains the highest in Bengaluru and the lowest in Ahmedabad. The prices mentioned above include the RTO as well as insurance charges but could vary as per your local dealer. Hero offers the Karizma XMR in a single trim only. It gets three paint schemes – Iconic Yellow, Turbo Red, and Matte Phantom Black.
Powering the new Karizma XMR is a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that dishes out 25.15bhp and a torque of 20.4Nm. It’s linked to a six-speed gearbox. The Karizma features LED illumination, fully digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, SMS and call notifications, fast-charging USB port, adjustable visor, and ABS.
It rides on telescopic front forks and a monoshock. Meanwhile, the braking hardware comprises a front and rear disc with ABS. These are mounted on 17-inch alloys wrapped in 100/80 front and 140/70 rear tyres.
The Hero Karizma XMR rivals the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, Yamaha R15 V4, and the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200.
