We recently reported the Hero Maestro Xoom 110’s launch date for India. And now, we’ve got our hands on new details of the upcoming Hero scooter. Here’s what you can expect.
Hero MotoCorp will likely power the Maestro Xoom 110 with a 110.9cc single-cylinder motor. Its output is rated at 8.04bhp, the same as the standard Maestro Edge. Moreover, the leaked documents indicate that the scooter could carry only the Xoom tag and offer in different variants like LX, VX, and ZX. Other details like the dimension have also been leaked and the Xoom could have a larger wheelbase than its siblings.
In our previous stories, we also mentioned that the scooter is likely to feature LED illumination, a digital console with smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, and more. It’ll be equipped with telescopic front forks and a monoshock and get a front disc and rear drum brake setup.
Once launched, it’ll rival the Honda Dio and could be priced at around Rs 80,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
