- Passion Pro removed from Hero’s website
- Xtec and Plus are available
- Passion Xtec gets notably more features
Hero MotoCorp has removed the Passion Pro from its official website, which means that the bike has been discontinued for now. However, interested buyers need not worry as the Passion Plus and Passion Xtec are still available.
The Passion Pro’s last known asking price was around Rs. 85,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) onwards. It was available in two trims – drum and disc. The Passion Pro was powered by a 113.2cc, single-cylinder motor with the output rated at 9.02bhp and 9.89Nm.
On the other hand, the Passion Xtec gets the same motor and hardware but features an LED headlight and a fully digital console. It receives Bluetooth connectivity, which gives you access to call and SMS alerts. There’s also a USB charging port and a side-stand cut-off sensor for added safety. It’s priced at Rs. 80,038 (ex-showroom, Delhi) onwards for the base model.
However, if you are looking for a relatively simpler setup, then the Passion Plus could be the choice. It gets a smaller 97.2cc motor that develops 7.91bhp and 8.05Nm. Moreover, the Passion Plus comes with a semi-digital cluster, a USB charging port, a side-stand cut-off function, and Hero’s standard i3S technology. Its asking price is set at Rs. 76,301 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
