Hero MotoCorp has introduced the safety feature IBS (integrated brake system) in an array of its motorcycles with up to 125cc powerplant. IBS is Hero’s version of CBS (combined braking system) which clutches both the wheels simultaneously even if the rider applies brake for just the rear wheel. The safety net is mandatory for two-wheelers up to 125cc from 1 April, according to the government’s new safety norm. After the inclusion of IBS, the bikes have received a price hike in the range of Rs 500 to Rs 1,000. Here’s the list of motorcycles updated with IBS along with their prices:

Notably, there are a few motorcycles which haven’t received IBS such as the carburetor version of Glamour and Glamour SX and Passion Pro front disc variant.
