Hero MotoCorp has updated the Passion PRO commuter motorcycle on its official website. The new Passion PRO has been updated with a few cosmetic upgrades as well the retuned version of the 97.2cc engine.
The new Passion PRO is now powered by a revised version of the same 97.2cc single-cylinder engine, that churns out 8.2bhp as opposed to 7.7bhp that the old mill produced. The engine continues to produce 8.04Nm of torque like the old engine and comes mated to a four-speed gearbox. This engine also powers few other 100cc commuter motorcycles like the Passion XPro and the Splendor Pro Classic.
Aesthetically, the new Passion PRO is also available in a new brown shade apart from black, blue, red, silver and yellow. Besides this, the only other noticeable change is the six-spoke alloy wheels. The Passion PRO rivals other 100cc commuter motorcycles like the TVS Star City Plus, Bajaj Discover 100, Mahindra Centuro and the Honda Dream.
