Here is a spy shot of Hero’s upcoming Passion iSmart. The picture appears to be shot at a company dealership and reveals quite a lot. We already knew that Hero was going to use their iSmart technology on three other motorcycles and that the Passion would be one of them.
The Passion iSmart will use a similar 110cc air-cooled engine that is expected to make around 8.9bhp and 9Nm of torque, while being mated to a four-speed constant mesh gearbox. The bike comes with idle start-stop system (i3s) that helps in saving fuel in stop-go traffic , it was recently introduced on the iSmartSplendor 110.
The motorcycle will offer a range of new colours with updated graphics. The motorcycle will come with the Auto Headlamp On (AHO) feature, that will soon be made mandatory for all bikes in India. This will be the fourth Passion variant in Hero’s line up. The other three models which are currently on sale are the Passion Pro, Passion XPro and the Passion Pro TR.
