- Hero Pleasure taken off website
- Was introduced in 2006
- Has been replaced by the Pleasure Plus 110
Hero has taken its smallest scooter, the Pleasure off its official website suggesting that it has been discontinued in India.
The first generation Hero Pleasure was introduced 14 years ago in 2006 as one of the highest displacement scooters in the market. It came with a 102cc engine that puts out 6.91bhp of power and 8.1Nm of torque. The Pleasure, with its curvy design language, low kerb weight of 101kg and easily accessible seat height was targeted at women riders. However, with the market moving towards higher displacement scooters, Hero introduced the Pleasure Plus 110 last year.
The Pleasure Plus 110 also caters to women riders and offers the same USPs as its previous counterpart. Nevertheless, as its name suggests, it comes powered by a bigger, BS6-compliant, 110cc engine that produces 8bhp and 8.7Nm. Hero has priced the Pleasure Plus 110 at Rs 54,800 for the base variant and Rs 56,800 for the alloy wheel version.
