Hero MotoCorp has updated its scooter portfolio with the launch of the Pleasure Plus Platinum. The new variant of the Pleasure Plus range features styling upgrades that are aimed to attract more buyers during the high demand festive season. Here we list the top five highlights of the new Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum.
Design
The new Pleasure Plus Platinum retains the styling from the standard scooter. The new version, however, features a Matt Black colour scheme that is complemented by brown inner panels. The scooter also gets chrome treatment to the mirrors, muffler protector, handlebar ends, and fender stripe to further enhance its retro style. The Pleasure Plus Platinum also comes with a seat backrest, a dual-tone seat with Platinum hot stamping, white rim tape, and the 3D logo badging.
Colour
The Pleasure Plus Platinum is available in a single colour option – Matt Black. The standard Pleasure Plus, for reference, is available in seven paint choices.
Features
The feature list isn’t very different from the standard model, although Hero MotoCorp has added a new low fuel indicator to the Pleasure Plus Platinum. Other features, similar to the standard Pleasure Plus, include a mobile charging port, utility box, alloy wheels, analogue speedometer, and an LED boot lamp.
Engine
Mechanical specifications are identical to the standard Pleasure Plus, and the Platinum trim continues to use a 110cc, BS6-compliant motor that makes 8bhp of maximum power at 7,000rpm and 8.7Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm.
Price
The new Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum is priced at Rs 60,950. In comparison, the standard Pleasure Plus is available at Rs 58,950 (alloy wheels) and Rs 56,800 (steel wheels).
