The Splendor is probably one of the most powerful word in the world of two-wheelers. It has been the highest selling brand for ages now, and just like every time, Hero MotoCorp is making full use of the brand. This time, the company launched the 25th anniversary edition of the Splendor Plus.
Styling
This Splendor Plus looks quite different from the standard model, thanks to the usage of black paint with yellow and orange graphics. The alloy-wheels are now black, instead of silver.
Uniqueness
Being a special edition model, there will be only a limited number of bikes in the market. This makes it quite unique. Plus, the ’25 years Special Edition’ badging on the side panels makes it truly special
Accessory
To make it a bit more special, Hero is offering mobile charging port as standard. This equipment is fitted on the handlebar.
Pricing
The addition of features and new paint schemes have made the Splendor Plus a bit expensive at Rs 55,600 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Performance
The bike continues to get its power from a 97cc air-cooled carbureted motor that puts out 8.1bhp and 8.05Nm of torque. This unit comes mated to a four-speed gearbox.
