Hero MotoCorp recently launched the Splendor Plus X-tec in India with a price tag of Rs 72,900 (ex-showroom Delhi). Now, the first lot has arrived at local dealerships as well.
Speaking of the updates, the X-tec trim gives the Splendor Plus a new list of features. The bike is now equipped with a fully digital console with Bluetooth connectivity. It also gives you access to call and SMS alerts as well as real-time mileage. Furthermore, the Splendor Plus gets a USB charging port and side-stand engine cutoff too.
It retains the 97.2cc air-cooled motor that dishes out 7.9bhp and 8.05Nm along with the i3s tech. The latter makes the motor more frugal.
Overall, the bike looks similar to the standard model and gets the same suspension and braking hardware. You get to choose from four different paint schemes: Sparkling Beta Blue, Canvas Black, Pearl White, and Tornado Grey.
