Hero MotoCorp has updated their official website with the 2014 variant of the Pleasure. The scooter is yet to be officially launched by the two-wheeler manufacturer.
The refreshed Hero Pleasure was displayed at the Auto Expo in February. The scooter gets a cosmetic update and a whole lot of new added features. It will be available in many attractive colours as seen in the images. There is a special edition dual tone colour available as well which will have black wheels and a new instrument cluster.
The main highlight is the new integrated brake system which is similar to the Hero Maestro’s combi-braking mechanism. The only difference is that in the Pleasure this only works when the rear brake is applied. Other features include a mobile charger socket, light in glove box, lockable glove box, side stand indicators, combination ignition lock and seat opening mechanism.
The2014 Hero Pleasure is powered by a 102cc single cylinder mill that has a power output of 7bhp and 8Nm of torque. It has a chain drive and dry, automatic centrifugal clutch mechanism.
The company might soon launch the new Pleasure in the Indian bike market. Hero MotoCorp dealerships have already started taking bookings for the two-wheeler. When launched, the scooter will go up against the Honda Activa, Yamaha Ray and TVS Scooty.
