The Hero Xoom 125 has been launched in India, at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. Here are its highlights.
Engine
The Xoom 125 is powered by a 124.6cc, air-cooled, single- cylinder engine that makes 9.8bhp at 7,250rpm and 10.4Nm at 6,000rpm. The engine is paired with a CVT transmission. Hero claims the scooter can sprint from 0-60kmph in 7.6 seconds.
Design
The Hero Xoom 125’s design is sporty and youthful.
The sharp-looking front apron, with its integrated LED lights, sleek side, and tail sections are neatly executed. The Xoom 125 should appeal to the youth.
Hardware
The scooter employs a underbone frame with a telescopic fork and a monoshock. It rides on 14-inch wheels, which is a first in the 125cc segment. As for the tyres, it has a 110 section front and a 120 section rear.
Features
The Xoom 125 is a pretty well equipped scooter. It gets LED lights, LCD instrument cluster, an illuminated start switch and more.
Competition
Hero has priced the Xoom 125 Rs 86,900. It goes up against the TVS Ntorq 125 and the Suzuki Avenis.
