- Hero Xpulse 200 4V first lot sold out
- Bookings for the second batch are now open
- Rs 7,000 more expensive than two-valve variant
Hero MotoCorp has announced that the first batch of the new iteration of its adventure motorcycle, the Xpulse 200 4V, is sold out in India. However, the company hasn’t revealed the sales numbers of the bike. For the interested buyers, bookings for the second lot have also commenced at Hero’s online sales platform for an advance payment of Rs 10,000.
With the inclusion of a four-valve head, against two valves in the standard trim, the Xpulse 200 4V now delivers better high-speed performance, making it a slightly more relaxed touring companion. The company says the power and torque have been increased by six per cent and five per cent, respectively. We have tested the motorcycle in detail and you can read the review here.
The Xpulse 200 4V also features a new set of jazzier graphics and is available in three fresh paint schemes - Trail Blue, Blitz Blue, and Red Raid. On the feature front, changes include an enhanced LED headlight and new switchgear with an integrated starter/engine cut-off button. The rest of the motorcycle is essentially the same. With a 21-18-inch spoke wheel combination and long-travel suspension, the motorcycle is perfect for off-roading for beginners. It also gets advanced features like turn-by-turn navigation that make it an enticing proposition.
The Hero Xpulse 200 4V is priced at Rs 1.30 lakh which makes it around Rs 7,000 more expensive than the two-valve variant.
