- Gets updated headlight design
- Available in three colours
- Makes 18.4bhp and 17.35Nm
Hero MotoCorp has expanded its product portfolio in the Turkish market with the launch of the Euro5-compliant XPulse 200 4V. The Indian two-wheeler maker has been operating in Turkey since 2014 and currently has a network of over 100 touchpoints, which provide sales, service, and spares.
Similar to the India-spec model, the XPulse 200 4V uses a 200cc, four-valve, oil-cooled engine that produces a maximum power of 18.4bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 17.35Nm at 6,500rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox. While the specifications and the overall design of the Turkey-spec XPulse 200 4V are similar to the Indian version, this motorcycle uses a revised setup for the headlight.
The updated design uses repositioned LED DRLs and a projector-style LED headlight. Other features on the motorcycle include a fully-digital LCD instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity which offers access to call alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. It also displays gear indicator, eco mode, and two trip meters. The electronic rider aids include a single-channel ABS as standard.
Moreover, the hardware comprises long suspension travel, wire-spoke wheels, and disc brakes on both ends. Hero MotoCorp will offer the XPulse 200 4V in three colours – Trail Blue, Blitz Blue, and Red Raid.
