- XPulse 200 will now be launched by March
- XPulse 200T will also be launched
- Expected to be priced aggressively
Hero MotoCorp has postponed the launch of its upcoming premium bike, the XPulse 200 by a few months. The bike was earlier planned to launch by December this year but now will be launched by March 2019.
According to our sources, there were last moment changes in plan due to product strategy alignment. Plus, the company decided to put more efforts and energy in the Destini 125 launch and the upcoming Maestro Edge 125. The company also wants to have decent gap between launches.
The production of these 200cc bikes are expected to begin early 2019 followed by dealership dispatches. Both the bikes are expected to help Hero MotoCorp gain additional market share in the growing 200cc premium bike segment.
Just like it did with the Xtreme 200R, Hero MotoCorp is expected to price the XPulse twins competitively.
