- Deliveries for both bikes to begin from mid-June
- Bookings have begun
- Dealers claim the response has been good
Hero MotoCorp dealers across country will start delivering the XPulse 200 and the XPulse 200T from mid-June.
Most of the dealers will receive the bikes by the first week of June. The test rides bikes will also arrive at the dealerships during the same time. The bookings for these adventure and touring bikes had begun soon after the launch. We spoke to a few dealers who claimed that the response for these bikes have been good and they have received a decent number of bookings.
Both the bikes get the same 200cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. This engine churns out 18.4bhp and 17.1Nm of torque via a five-speed gearbox. Things that makes the XPulse 200 different from the XPulse 200T is the presence of spoke-wheels, high-rise front mudguard, fork gaiters, bash plate, dual-purpose tyres and a different exhaust. The XPulse 200T receives alloy-wheels. The suspension duties are taken care of by 37mm telescopic front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile braking is done by a 276mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc for the rear assisted by a single-channel ABS unit. In terms of features, the XPulse 200T boasts of LED headlamp and tail lamp along with a full digital instrument cluster that is Bluetooth-enabled.
The XPulse 200 is available in two variants – carbureted and fuel-injection. The XPulse 200T, however, is sold in a carbureted variant only.
