-New Xpulse 210 launched in India
-Priced at Rs. 1.76 lakh
-Rs. 24,000 more than the Xpulse 200
Hero MotoCorp has finally launched the Xpulse 210 in India. This adventure bike has been priced at Rs 1.76 lakh (ex-showroom), making it Rs. 24,000 more expensive than the Xpulse 200.
Following up the typical Xpulse design language, the new 210 is also a proper dual-sport motorcycle. It gets a round LED headlight topped by a transparent visor and flanked by LED turn indicators, tubular handlebar, and a single-piece seat.
Hero has powered the Xpulse 210 with a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine. It makes 24.6bhp and 20.7Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The increment in the engine capacity and addition of the sixth gear should translate to good highway riding capabilities and more meat in the higher rev range.
Furthermore, the Hero Xpulse 210 features full LED illumination along with a 4.2-inch TFT console and smartphone connectivity. The cluster also packs other readouts like a speedometer, odometer, tachometer, gear position indicator, and more.
The Xpulse 200 4V has been serving as a go-to option for beginner off-road enthusiasts. Now that the Xpulse 210 will be replacing it, we expect it to do the same. Its hardware comprises of long-travel telescopic front forks with 210mm travel and a monoshock with 205mm travel. Moreover, the braking hardware comprises a front and rear disc with dual-channel ABS. These are mounted on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels wrapped in tubed block pattern tyres.
Hero MotoCorp is selling the new Xpulse 210 in two variants and the bookings will commence soon.
