- Gets a sporty styling
- Will feature LED illumination
- Likely to rival the TVS Raider 125
Hero MotoCorp’s upcoming 125cc commuter motorcycle, the Xtreme 125R has been leaked ahead of its official debut at the Hero World 2024. The motorcycle will be showcased alongside the Hero Mavrick 440, Xoom 125R, and the Xoom 160.
Judging by the leaked images, the Hero Xtreme 125R will feature sporty styling with a sleek LED headlamp, a muscular-looking fuel tank with extensions, and a slim tail section with split seats. The motorcycle will be suspended on telescopic forks up front and a monoshock at the back. Meanwhile, the exhaust muffler and chassis look similar to the Xtreme 160R.
Powering the Hero Xtreme 125R will be a new 125cc, single-cylinder motor. Although the power and torque figures are unknown yet, we expect the engine to come linked with a five-speed gearbox. The Xtreme 125R will primarily rival the TVS Raider 125.
