- Hero Xtreme 160R Limited Edition listed on website
- Marks Hero’s 100 million production milestone
- Is likely to be priced slightly higher
Hero recently surpassed the 100 million (10 crore) production milestone, and the manufacturer announced that it would launch six limited-edition models to commemorate the event. One of which is the Xtreme 160R 100 Million Limited Edition.
The motorcycle has now been listed on Hero MotoCorp’s website, hinting that it would be launched in India soon. What’s different about the limited edition model is the colour scheme. It comes with a white and red paint job in tune with the brand’s colours. It would also get ‘100 Million’ graphics on different areas of its bodywork. Apart from that, the bike is expected to remain the same. So it will continue to sport full-LED lighting, a digital instrument cluster and a 163cc, single-cylinder engine that churns out 15bhp and 14Nm.
And while the Xtreme 160R dual-disc variant costs Rs 1.06 lakh, ex-showroom, we can expect Hero to price the 100 Million Limited Edition slightly higher.
