Hero Motocorp recently launched a new colour option for the Xtreme 160R in the country. Now, the motorcycle is available in a choice of five paint schemes.
The new paint option called Stealth 2.0 is adorned in matte black with red highlights on a few components like the grab handles, fork bottles, rear footpegs. It even sports red graphics and accents all over the bodywork. This colour will set you back by Rs 1.23 lakh.
If the red on the Stealth 2.0 is a little over the top for you, there is the Matte Black paint option. While this too gets red highlights, it is comparatively stealthier. That said, Hero Motocorp is also offering the Xtreme 160R in more flashy options like Vibrant Blue and Sports Red. Or, you can opt for the Pearl Silver White option too.
Now, Hero has priced the Xtreme 160R from Rs 1.18 lakh for the front disc version. You can also get the dual-disc variant for a slight premium at Rs 1.22 lakh. The most expensive of the lot is the Stealth 2.0 paint option that has been priced at Rs 1.23 lakh. (all prices, ex-showroom). Powering the Hero Xtreme 160R is a 163cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out 15bhp and 14Nm. In terms of competition it goes up against the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and the Bajaj Pulsar N160.
