- XTreme 200S has more takers at Hero showrooms
- Design and styling worked well for the brand
- Showroom dispatches to begin soon
Hero MotoCorp went on a launch spree last month. It launched the XPulse family which consisted of the XPulse 200 and the XPulse 200T, along with the XTreme 200S which is a fully faired motorcycle based on the XTreme 200R.
Of all the three newly launched bikes, the XTreme 200S seems to be more popular online as well as offline. A few calls to Hero dealers revealed quite a bit. As per these dealers, the XTreme 200S has more takers, thanks to the attractive design and great pricing. While the XPulse family is more affordable than the XTreme 200S, a lot of Indians are ready to pay a few thousands rupees more for something that looks more stylish and is more aspirational.
The response for the XPulse has been good as well, however, due to its positioning in the niche touring and adventure segments, the sales are expected to be less than the XTreme 200S. The deliveries of the XPulse range are expected begin mid-June, whereas the XTreme 200S factory dispatches are expected to begin soon.
